Frozen vegetable export begins with buyer specifications, not with freezing capacity. Variety, maturity, size, defect tolerance, pesticide expectations, microbiological limits, blanching conditions, pack format and cold-chain requirements should be defined before procurement expands.
Supplier approval, receiving inspection, washing, sorting, processing, freezing, metal or foreign-material control where applicable, packaging and frozen storage should connect through batch records. Deviations need defined hold, release and corrective-action rules.
Design backward from the buyer
The safest expansion path is controlled trial lots with documented specifications, process records and buyer feedback before scaling farmer networks and production volume.
